Why the price is low
AI tools handle the slow parts of web development: first drafts of layouts, boilerplate code and starter copy. That cuts build time from weeks to days, and the savings go to you.
What AI doesn't do is decide when a site is ready. Every page is reviewed and tested by a person on real devices before launch, using the same checklist every time.

Are hosting and the domain included?
You pay for your domain and hosting directly so you always own them. Domains are about $10–$20 a year, and we can set up free or low-cost hosting for you.
Do you work with clients outside San Francisco?
Yes. We meet in person anywhere in the Bay Area and work remotely with businesses in every US state. The price and testing are the same.
Do I have to pay for maintenance every month?
No. You're only billed for hours used. If nothing is needed that month, you pay nothing.
